No nudity, sexual content, or explicit material.
No spamming, scraping, or automated access.
No impersonation of others.
Reporting
You can report users who violate these terms via the in-app Report button. We review reports and may ban users who break the rules.
Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
Closer offers an optional paid subscription (currently £4.99 per month) that unlocks premium features. Subscribe is a small deliberate price, and the subscription is tied to your Closer identity, not to an email or account.
No refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, and by using the website, you agree that no refund will be processed. This protects against subscribe, refund, repeat abuse.
Cancel anytime. You can stop future renewals at any time from the in-app Manage Subscription, or by contacting support and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling does not refund the current paid period.
Lost identity. Because no account is required, if you lose the identity tied to a subscription, contact support and we will do our best to restore your identity and subscription, or cancel the subscription for you.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price in the future, never above £10. We will notify everyone 14 days before a new price takes effect, and you will have at least those 14 days to cancel before it applies.
Above £10. If any price change would put the subscription above £10, we will cancel all existing subscriptions and you would need to subscribe again manually at the new price.
Support. Contact us through the in-app "Send a message to dev" or the Support page for any billing question.
Future features. Any new feature we add comes with the same subscription, at no extra charge. Adding features is never the reason for a price change: a large part of Closer already stays free, we take feedback seriously, and any price change would only be to protect the service you are paying for and keep delivering what a subscriber actually uses.

Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
